Tell us what you're looking for
Discuss the criteria for your holiday with our online travel agents. Let us know what to look for, what to avoid, your ideal locations and how many of you are travelling… The more we know, the more we can tailor your trip to meet your individual needs.
We will find the best deals
Using your lists of wants, needs and avoids, we will put together a list of three to four holiday options, finding the best deals by working with our preferred partners. Usually, two of these will be within your budget, one will be under and the last will be over – so you can see what's available.
We will book your holiday
If you are happy with the deal we have found for you, we will then book this, as part of our holiday planning service. We'll ensure you are happy with all the details and giving you peace of mind that all eventualities are covered.
Supporting you when you need us
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, we are all human. If you need to make any changes, claim a refund or request a transfer just get in contact with us and we will work with you to get it sorted and to achieve the best possible outcome. We are even available while you are away should you need us for any reason.
